I177 Regulations and orders.
1
Any regulations or order of the Secretary of State under this Act—
a
shall be made by statutory instrument; and
b
(subject to subsection (2)) shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.

Any regulations or order of the Secretary of State under this Act may make—
a
different provision for different cases; and
b
such supplemental, incidental, consequential or transitional provision or savings as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.

Before making any regulations under section F2. . . 64 or 73 the Secretary of State shall consult such persons or bodies of persons as he considers appropriate.
