In section 35 of the M1Coast Protection Act 1949 (which excepts certain operations from the requirement to obtain the Secretary of State’s consent under section 34) in subsection (1) there shall be added after paragraph (g)—

“(h)

any operations authorised by an order under section 1 or 3 of the Transport and Works Act 1992.”
