The Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 is amended as follows.

In Article 5 (lists of trade unions and employers' associations)—

in paragraph (5)(a) for “either list maintained under section 8 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974” substitute “the list of trade unions or the list of employers' associations kept under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992”;
