In section 135 of the Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978 (constitution of Employment Appeal Tribunal), in subsection (3) (representatives of employers and workers) for “the Trade Union and Labour Relations Act 1974" substitute “ the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 ”.
