35 U.K. In section 119(1) of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, in the definition of “court”, in paragraph (c), for “section 19(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971” there is substituted “ section 16(1) of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992 ”.
