The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8)
22In section 16(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990—
(a)for “1971” there is substituted “1992”, and
(b)for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “section 10(1)”.
23In sections 20(7) and 35(8) of that Act for “1971” there is substituted “1992”.
24In section 42(6) of that Act—
(a)for “1971” there is substituted “1992”, and
(b)for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “section 10(1)”.
25In section 288(9) of that Act for “1971” there is substituted “1992”.
26In section 323(1) of that Act for “section 11 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1971” there is substituted “section 9 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992”.
27In paragraph 9(1)(b) of Part II of Schedule 2 to that Act—
(a)for “1971” there is substituted “1992”, and
(b)for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “section 10(1)”.
28In paragraph 8(1) of Schedule 6 to that Act—
(a)for “1971” there is substituted “1992”, and
