SCHEDULE 3 Consequential amendments

The Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (c. 8)

27 In paragraph 9(1)(b) of Part II of Schedule 2 to that Act—

(a) for “1971” there is substituted “1992”, and

(b) for “section 12(1)” there is substituted “section 10(1)”.
