10E+W+SIn subsection (3) of section 11 of the M1Employment and Training Act 1973 (financial provisions) for the words “Part II of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Parts II to V of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 ”.
