Social Security Act 1989 E+W+S

105 (1) In subsection (7) of section 6 of the M1 Social Security Act 1989 (benefits for women widowed before 11th April 1988) for the words “section 104 of the principal Act” there shall be substituted the words “ section 25 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”. E+W+S

(2) In subsection (9) of that section—

(a) for the words “Subsection (4) of section 104 of the principal Act” there shall be substituted the words “ Section 28 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”; and

(b) for the words “that section” there shall be substituted the words “ section 25 of that Act ”.
