Pneumoconiosis etc. (Workers' Compensation) Act 1979

56 In section 4(3) of that Act (appeal on question of law)—

(a) for the words “94 of the Social Security Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “18 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992”; and

(b) for “93(1)” there shall be substituted “17(1)”.
