61E+W+SIn subsection (1) of section 154 of the M1Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980 (rent rebates) for the words “Part II of the Social Security Act 1986” there shall be substituted the words “ Part VII of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1991 and the Social Security Administration Act 1992 ”.
