14 (1) This Part of this Schedule only has effect in relation to deaths before 11th April 1988. N.I.

[F1 (1A) No claim may be made for industrial death benefit after the coming into operation of this sub-paragraph.]

(2) In this Part of this Schedule “the deceased” means the person in respect of whose death industrial death benefit is claimed or payable.
