Adjustment of child benefit N.I.

76 Child benefit - overlap with benefits under legislation of other member States. N.I.

Regulations may provide for adjusting child benefit payable in respect of any child [F1 or qualifying young person] in respect of whom any benefit is payable under the legislation of any member State other than the United Kingdom.
