11The repeal by this Act of Article 19(1) of the 1986 Order (which substituted in any statutory provision a reference to a basic pension for any reference to the basic component of a long-term benefit and a reference to an additional pension for any reference to an additional component of such a benefit) does not affect the construction of any statutory provision amended by that paragraph.
