The Local Government Act 1972 shall be amended as follows.

In sections 11(3)(c) and 29(3)(c) for “section 37 of the Charities Act 1960” there shall be substituted “ section 79 of the Charities Act 1993 ”.

In sections 123(6) and 127(4) for “the Charities Act 1960” there shall be substituted “ the Charities Act 1993 ”.

In section 131(3) for “section 32 of the Charities Act 1992” and “section 32(9)(a) of that Act” there shall be substituted respectively “ section 36 of the Charities Act 1993 ” and “ section 36(9)(a) of that Act ”.
