27In section 4 of the London Local Authorities Act 1990, in the definition of “night cafeg”, for “section 4 of the Charities Act 1960” and “subsection (4) thereof” there shall be substituted respectively “section 3 of the Charities Act 1993” and “subsection (5) thereof”.
