In Schedule 20 to the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988—
a
in paragraph 3 after “the Charities Act 1960” there shall be inserted “, section 24 of the Charities Act 1993”;
b
in paragraph 3A after “the Charities Act 1960” there shall be inserted “or section 25 of the Charities Act 1993”.
