90 Directions of the Commissioners.

Any direction given by the Commissioners under any provision contained in this Act—
a
may be varied or revoked by a further direction given under that provision; and
b
shall be given in writing.

Sections 88 and 89(1), (2) and (4) above shall apply to any such directions as they apply to an order of the Commissioners.

In subsection (1) above the reference to the Commissioners includes, in relation to a direction under subsection (3) of section 8 above, a reference to any person conducting an inquiry under that section.

Nothing in this section shall be read as applying to any directions contained in an order made by the Commissioners under section 87(1) above.
