6 E+W+S In Schedule 3 to the Radioactive Substances Act 1993—

(a) for paragraph 2 there is substituted—

“2 Section 16 of the Clean Air Act 1993.”; and

(b) for paragraph 12 there is substituted—

“12 Sections 16 and 17 of the Clean Air Act 1993.”
