In section 65(7) of the 1992 Act (definitions related to unjustifiable discipline)—
a
in the definition of “contract of employment”, at the end, there shall be inserted the words “
, “employer” includes such a person and related expressions shall be construed accordingly;

at the end, there shall be inserted the following definition, preceded by the word “
and
”
“wages” shall be construed in accordance with the definitions of “contract of employment”, ”employer“ and related expressions.
