59In section 110(1) of the 1992 Act (application for assistance from Commissioner for the Rights of Trade Union Members for certain legal proceedings), for the words to the Commissioner there shall be substituted the words “ to the Commissioner for the Rights of Trade Union Members (in this Chapter referred to as the Commissioner) ”.
