There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Trade Union Reform and Employment Rights Act 1993, Paragraph 78.
78E+W+SIn section 254 of the 1992 Act (Certification Officer), after subsection (5) there shall be inserted—
“(5A)Subject to subsection (6), ACAS shall pay to the Certification Officer such sums as he may require for the performance of any of his functions.”.
