48 Interpretation

In this Act—

• “the 1978 Act” means the [1978 c. 44.] Employment Protection (Consolidation) Act 1978, and

• “the 1992 Act” means the [1992 c. 52.] Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
