12In section 81(7) of the M1Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 (power to regulate small craft), for the words from “fishing vessel” to “1988”, there shall be substituted the words “ fishing vessel registered under the Merchant Shipping (Registration, etc.) Act 1993 ”.
