Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981 (c. 66) U.K.

7 (1) In Schedule 2 to that Act (vesting of land in urban development corporation), in paragraph 1 after the words “similar provision)” there shall be inserted the words “ or under subsection (1) of section 161 of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 (subsection (4) of which contains similar provision) ”. U.K.

(2) In paragraph 3(a) of that Schedule for the words “or, as the case may be, the housing action trust” there shall be substituted the words “ the housing action trust or the Urban Regeneration Agency (as the case may be) ”.
