Part I U.K. MODIFICATIONS OF ACQUISITION OF LAND ACT 1981

1 U.K. The M1 Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (in this Part of this Schedule referred to as “the 1981 Act”) shall have effect in relation to the compulsory acquisition of land under this Part of this Act with the [F1 modification specified in paragraph] 3.
