Derelict Land Act 1982 (c. 42)E+W+S

8E+W+SIn subsection (5) of section 1 of the Derelict Land Act 1982 (powers of Secretary of State), in the definition of “ the prescribed percentage ”, for paragraphs (b) and (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—

“(b)in any other case, 80 per cent. or such other percentage as may be prescribed by order made by the Secretary of State with the consent of the Treasury.”
