4 E+W+S In subsection (1A) of section 21 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (jurisdiction of leasehold valuation tribunals), for the words from “be” onwards there shall be substituted the words “ comply with any requirements imposed by regulations under subsection (4A)(a) or (b) below ”.
