20(1)In subsection (2) of section 177 of that Act (errors and omissions in notices), for the words “right to be granted a shared ownership lease” there shall be substituted the words “right to acquire on rent to mortgage terms”.
(2)In subsection (3) of that section, for the entries relating to section 147 and paragraph 1(3) of Schedule 8 there shall be substituted the following entry— “section 146 (landlord’s notice admitting or denying right to acquire on rent to mortgage terms).
