7E+W+SIn subsection (1)(b) of section 74 of the Rent Act 1977 (regulations), for the words from “by rent officers” onwards there shall be substituted the words—
“(i)by rent officers under this Act; and
(ii)by rent assessment committees whether under this Act or otherwise; and”.
