1E+WIn this Schedule—

[F1(a)the relevant premises” means, in relation to the conveyance of any interest, the premises in which the interest subsists;

(b)the freeholder” means, in relation to the conveyance of a freehold interest, the person whose interest is to be conveyed;]

(c)other property” means property of which the freehold is not to be acquired by the nominee purchaser under this Chapter; and

[F1(d)the appropriate time” means, in relation to the conveyance of a freehold interest, the time when the interest is to be conveyed to the nominee purchaser.]
