185 Interpretation of Part III.E+W

In this Part—

  • “the 1980 Act” means the M1Local Government, Planning and Land Act 1980;

  • “the Agency” means the Urban Regeneration Agency;

  • “designation order” and “designated area” have the meanings given by section 170;

  • “highway” has the same meaning as in the M2Highways Act 1980;

  • “private street” has the same meaning as in PartXI of that Act.
