48Bad debts.U.K.
(1)In section 11 of the M1Finance Act 1990 (bad debts) in subsection (1)(c) (period of one year beginning with date of supply must elapse) for “one year” there shall be substituted “ six months ”.
(2)This section shall be deemed to have come into force on 1st April 1993 and shall apply in relation to supplies made on or after 1st April 1992.
