11 Compulsory purchase of land

In section 17(4) of the [1981 c. 67.] Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (statutory undertakers) after paragraph (a) of the definition of “statutory undertakers” there is inserted—

“(aa) the Funding Agency for Schools,

(ab) the Schools Funding Council for Wales”.
