11Compulsory purchase of land
In section 17(4) of the [1981 c. 67.] Acquisition of Land Act 1981 (statutory undertakers) after paragraph (a) of the definition of “statutory undertakers” there is inserted—
“(aa)the Funding Agency for Schools,
(ab)the Schools Funding Council for Wales”.
