In section 14(1)(b) of the Education Reform Act 1988, for “the Curriculum Council for Wales” there is substituted “Awdurdod Cwricwlwm ac Asesu Cymru or the Curriculum and Assessment Authority for Wales”.

Schedule 15 to this Act (amendments consequential on the change of name) shall have effect.
