The Banking Act 1987 (c. 22)
13In section 84(6)(b) of the Banking Act 1987 (disclosure for facilitating discharge of functions by other supervisory authorities) for “the Company Securities (Insider Dealing) Act 1985” there shall be substituted “Part V of the Criminal Justice Act 1993 (insider dealing)”.
