33E+W+SNothing in section 47(2) of the M1Agricultural Marketing Act 1958 (restriction on disclosure of information obtained under the Act) shall restrict the disclosure of information by a milk marketing board in accordance with the provisions of an approved scheme or in connection with the establishment of a development council under the M2Industrial Organisation and Development Act 1947.
