29 Credit unions.

Section 3 of the M1Credit Unions Act 1979 (use of name “credit union”, etc) shall be amended as follows.

In subsection (1), there shall be added at the end the words “
or, if the rules of the society state that its registered office is to be in Wales, either those words or the words “undeb credyd”
