The Gaming Act 1968 (c. 65) E+W+S

1 E+W+S In section 52(3) of the Gaming Act 1968 (circumstances in which a lottery does not constitute gaming) after “the Lotteries and Amusements Act 1976” there shall be inserted “ or a lottery forming part of the National Lottery for the purposes of Part I of the National Lottery etc. Act 1993, ”.
