13(1)The Development Corporation shall pay compensation to any person for any damage sustained by him by reason of the exercise of any of the powers conferred by paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 6 and 10 above.U.K.
(2)Any dispute as to a person’s entitlement to compensation under sub-paragraph (1) above, or as to the amount of any such compensation, shall be determined by the [F1Upper Tribunal].
