7In the M1Parliamentary Commissioner Act 1967, in Schedule 2 (departments and authorities subject to investigation) the following entries shall be inserted at the appropriate places—
(a)“ The Director of Passenger Rail Franchising ”; and
(b)“ The Rail Regulator ”.
