29In section 10 of the [1991 c. 22.] New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (application of the [1973 c. 41.] Fair Trading Act 1973 etc in relation to persons authorised by virtue of that Act to charge tolls for the use of roads), in subsection (2), paragraph (b) (which provides that, for certain purposes, section 51(3) of the [1973 c. 41.] Fair Trading Act 1973 is to have effect as if the Secretary of State for Transport were among the Ministers listed in that provision, and which is superseded by the amendment made by section 66(2) of this Act), and the word “and” immediately preceding it, shall cease to have effect.
