In section 413 of the M1Insolvency Act 1986, at the end of subsection (2) (which imposes a requirement to consult with the Insolvency Rules Committee, except in the case of certain provisions there specified) there shall be added the words “ or by any of sections 59 to 65 of, or Schedule 6 or 7 to, the Railways Act 1993. ”
