45 Closure conditions: general.E+W+S

(1)In this Part, “closure conditions” means the conditions subject to compliance with which consent to a closure is given.

(2)Closure conditions—

(a)may impose requirements on the [F1Authority] with respect to the times at which, or stages by which, a closure is to take effect;

(b)may require the [F1Authority] to secure the provision of [F2an alternative service for the carriage of passengers by road (in this Part referred to as a “bus substitution service")]

(3)The provisions of this section are without prejudice to the generality of the closure conditions that may be imposed in any case.
