F160 Regulations and orders
(1)
Any power conferred by this Act on the Scottish Ministers to make regulations or orders is exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2)
Subject to subsection (3), a statutory instrument containing such regulations or such an order is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of the Scottish Parliament.
(3)
No statutory instrument containing—
(a)
an order under—
(i)
section 2A(1);
(ii)
section 5B(6);
(iii)
section 19C(8);
(iv)
paragraph 3(6) of schedule 1;
(b)
regulations under paragraph 7(1) of schedule 1,
may be made unless a draft of the instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the Scottish Parliament.
