[F13(1)The Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service (“the SCTS”) is to pay to the Chairman of the Land Court such salary [F2and such allowances] as the Treasury may determine.S
(2)The SCTS is to pay to each of the other members of the Land Court such salary [F3and such allowances] as the SCTS may determine.
(3)Sums required by the SCTS for the payment of a salary [F4or an allowance] under this paragraph are charged on the Scottish Consolidated Fund.]
