17 S In paragraph 4 of Schedule 3 to the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 for the words “Schedule 3 to the Social Security Pensions Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Schedule 4 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993 ”.
