The Insolvency Act 1986 (c. 45) E+W+S

18 E+W+S In section 386(3) of and paragraph 8 of Schedule 6 to the Insolvency Act 1986 for the words “Schedule 3 to the Social Security Pensions Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Schedule 4 to the Pension Schemes Act 1993 ”.
