The Justices of the Peace Act 1979 (c. 55) E+W

12 E+W In sections 55(2)(b)(ii) and 58(2)(ii) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979 for the words “Part III of the Social Security Pensions Act 1975” there shall be substituted the words “ Chapter III of Part III of the Pension Schemes Act 1993 ”.
